I have a friend who works for Quixtar but he didn't apply through the internet. He went to this 'secret' meeting and became a new recruit. Quixtar is legit but applying through the internet is useless.

Where are you libby?

Why am I wasting my time trying to locate you?

Kia

People need to be careful with "Partner" terminology. Quixtar uses "Partner Stores" to talk about its affiliate marketing program, where the company earns a negotiated percentage back from online vendors that results in IBO and Member rewards.

Quixtar staff hears back frequently from account managers are various Partner Stores that this company's affiliate program delivers stronger loyalty and stronger sales than other affiliate programs in which they're involved.

This is why execs from Partner Stores are thrilled to talk about their relationship with Quixtar and the business at www.ThisBizNow.com. Like many other companies over the years, they understand the power of Quixtar's Independent Business Ownership Plan.

I doubt that Partner Stores post sales resulting from each affiliate program in their annual reports, as Jason suggests. Also, it should be pointed out that Barnes&Noble.com is a different company than Barnes & Noble (the brick-and-mortar store).

Creylish

Or maybe it's part of Quixtar's contract with their partner stores?
Doesn't matter whether it is a big deal for the partner stores or not, because it is a big deal to most IBO's. Would rather have the opportunity to earn a kick back from my purchase instead of going in and just purchasing!

Barnes & Noble:
"Quixtar has been a tremendous partner for Barnes & Noble.com . . . They are our number one business-to-business account among hundreds of business accounts that we have."
--Brian Buckley
Vice President, Sales, Barnes & Noble.com

Circuit City:
"Quixtar is by far the largest affiliate partner we work with. We have over 9,000 affiliate partners in our network, but the volume of revenue generated by Quixtar is three times larger than the next affiliate partner."
-- Imran Jooma
Vice President - Circuit City

Re: $115 monthly gross income - this blog post addresses it... (http://unquixotic.blogspot.com/2006/02/active-ibos-their-income.html)

What about amway/quixtar's partnerships with MCI/Worldcom and Enron?

jer_s

yeah i just received their letter too but when i tried to email Libby@payrib.com it did not work

quixtar is a scam

quixtar is a scam and a cult!
the average amount an "active" IBO makes a gross income of $115 a month. that's GROSS not NET- so after expenses theyare losing money!

quixbots wake up! unplug yourself from the
system!

jason

I would have figured that Barnes & Nobele and Circuit City would have loved that too. After all they're partners aren't they? So I go to their investor sites and can find nothing on their partner relationship with Quixtar. Nothing. No press releases, no financial data or market trends. What gives? I mean their annual reports (60 - 70 pages respectively)to shareholders don't even mention a relationship with the "Best opportunity for IBOs in North America." Wouldn't that be important data to include?

So is a partner relationship not as big of a deal as Quixtar makes it out to be? Maybe for Quixtar. Evidently not for their "partners".
